Digital Atlas mobile applications provide in-app content and features to users. The scope of the services offered is limited to the features specified within the application.
Subscriptions offered within the application are purchased through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
Since Digital Atlas does not receive payments directly, it cannot perform refund transactions. Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The user is obliged to use the application in a manner that does not violate applicable laws. Misuse of the application or activities that will harm the service are prohibited.
Digital Atlas reserves the right to change or terminate the content, features, or presentation of the application without prior notice.
The application is provided "as is". There is no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Digital Atlas cannot be held responsible for indirect or direct damages.
The processing of user data is carried out within the scope of the separately published Privacy Policy.
